We have reserved time especially for you. A 24-hour cancellation is required. Please reserve your appointments accordingly to prevent any additional charges. We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure plenty of time for you to change clothes, secure your personal belongings and take a moment to relax. Arriving late for an appointment may require us to shorten the length of your service or reschedule your appointment.

Due to the serenity of the environment, children are welcome only if they have an appointment for services. Thank you for turning off your cell phones while enjoying your spa experience. We are proud to offer you quality professional salon products for your at-home use. Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for exchange or store credit.

We offer customized gift certificates for any service or dollar amount. Gift certificates may only be redeemed for services or products. No cash or charge refunds will be given. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and personal checks.

We do not ask for any more information about our clients than is required by law or is otherwise necessary to provide a high level of service efficiently and securely. We train all of our employees about the importance of privacy. We give access to information about clients only to those employees who require it to perform their jobs.
